As Sustainability Leader, Lucy champions FGMA’s commitment to a resilient, carbon-neutral future. Her passion is infectious, whether she is helping teams infuse sustainable design strategies into projects or building firmwide processes to enhance high-performance design capabilities and support our AIA 2030 Commitment to energy efficient architecture. “Designing responsibly and with future generations in mind is what motivates me,” reflected Lucy.

Throughout her career, Lucy has built her knowledge and experience from projects of varying scale and programmatic scope, including higher education, performing arts centers, municipal buildings, state parks, corporate offices and residential homes. She loves all aspects of design, from big-picture conversations and design workshops with clients to delving into a detailed analysis of individual project elements. Lucy brings an analytical, detail-oriented and thorough approach to moving the firm toward high-performance design excellence.

At home, Lucy is busily renovating her mid-century modern home; she also loves cooking and baking, and any excuse for outdoor time with her dog.
