Designed for LEED Silver certification and an Austin 3-Star Energy Rating, Houston Elementary School is transforming into a 13-acre urban oasis that the community calls “Pavilion in the Park.” With significant input from stakeholders, this indoor/outdoor learning environment will serve 500 students.
